Terms & Conditions — z99999 Platform Rules

By accessing, browsing, or using the z99999 website at z99999.net (hereinafter "the Platform"), or by registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager through the Platform, you ("the Player", "User", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and z99999 (hereinafter "the Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an account or engage in any gaming or betting activity on z99999. Your continued use of the Platform at any time constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not form a separate legal agreement and does not supersede the English version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

The Platform and all services offered through it are intended for personal, non-commercial recreational use only. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a gaming business, arbitrage betting operation, or automated trading service, is strictly prohibited.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on z99999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. z99999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Registering or attempting to register if you are under the age of 18 is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity, payment method, or funds to register or fund an account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from being bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of z99999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites. To access the full range of gaming, betting, and financial services available on z99999, you must register a player account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the z99999 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If z99999 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed immediately and any balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. z99999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify z99999 support immediately.

z99999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. The Company also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if it believes that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or if continued operation of the account would expose the Company to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

All financial transactions on the z99999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). z99999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made via supported payment channels are typically credited to your z99999 account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. z99999 does not impose platform-level fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may charge transaction fees that are outside z99999's control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. z99999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard verified-account withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to the payment provider's processing schedule.

Players must not use the z99999 Platform to process payments that do not represent genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without engaging in genuine wagering activity, cycling funds through the Platform, or using the Platform as a money transfer mechanism are all prohibited activities that may result in account closure and reporting to relevant financial authorities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering standards.

• Deposits are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via all supported payment channels.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours may be processed on the next working day depending on the payment method selected.
• z99999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network interruptions outside our control.
• In the event that funds are credited to your account in error, you are obliged to notify z99999 immediately. Erroneously credited funds must not be wagered or withdrawn and will be recovered by z99999 upon identification.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify a minimum total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of their associated wagering requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued and may not be transferred to another account. z99999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where technical errors result in the incorrect display of bonus values or terms.

Players are expected to use the z99999 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification processes.
• Collusion: Cooperating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including sharing cards or insider information in live dealer games.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage over the house or other players.
• Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate z99999 transactions.
• Money Laundering: Using the z99999 Platform to launder funds derived from any illegal activity, or to facilitate the transfer of funds on behalf of any third party for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Match Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing bets on any sporting event where you have prior knowledge of, or involvement in, any arrangement that affects or is intended to affect the outcome of that event.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be void.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour towards z99999 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.

z99999 employs advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Any suspected violation will be investigated thoroughly. During an investigation, z99999 reserves the right to suspend a player's account, freeze account balances, and withhold withdrawal processing until the investigation is concluded.

z99999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company determines in its reasonable judgement that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct, or if closure is necessary for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their z99999 account may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed by z99999 as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any funds held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. z99999 will retain records of closed accounts in accordance with its data retention policy and applicable legal obligations. Former account holders may not re-register on the Platform without explicit written permission from z99999 if their account was closed due to a breach.

The z99999 Platform and all content, services, and games available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While z99999 takes reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical defects. z99999 shall not be liable for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party services including payment processors and game providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z99999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform, these Terms & Conditions, or any game, wager, or transaction conducted through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

z99999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if z99999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude z99999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. z99999's obligations under these Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
